How does it work in practice?

1. You personalize your song by providing us with information about your relationship with the recipient (occasion, anecdotes, story, joke, first name, etc...).

2. You choose the mood and musical style that best fits: Pop, R&B, Rock, Acoustic, Rap, Funk, etc...

3. We create the lyrics of your song and send them to you by email. You will need to confirm that you like the lyrics or submit modifications.

4. As soon as your song is ready, you receive a 1-minute excerpt of it by email. If you like the song, you pay and receive your song in the following minutes. If there is something you do not like, you can request to modify your song (unlimited).

And what if I don't like the song / I want to change something?

It is our top priority! And that is why you pay nothing before you have listened to your music. Additionally, you benefit from unlimited revisions to adjust the lyrics or the musical style.

Will the quality really be professional?

Yes, our songs are produced with studio quality: crafted melodies, authentic voices, professional mixing.

But the best part is to listen for yourself. Several samples are available on the page, in different styles (pop, ballad, variety, R&B, Latin…). Yours will be at the same level, in the style of your choice.

And if the result does not meet your expectations, we will revise it as many times as necessary, at no additional cost. You only pay when you are satisfied.

I need my song quickly, is that possible?

Yes! Standard delivery is 3 days (72h), but if you're in a hurry, we offer an Ultra Express Delivery option in 24h (+24.90€) or in 48h (+9.90€). Your song will then be delivered by the end of the next day.

If I need adjustments, does that extend the deadline?

Edits are generally processed within 24 hours. If you have an important deadline, please mention it in your order and we will do our best to meet your timing.

I don't have many ideas / anecdotes to share...

Don't panic! Even with little information, we know how to create a beautiful song. Just mention: the relationship you have with the person, 1-2 memorable memories, what you love about them, the occasion. That's already more than enough! And if you're really stuck, you can choose the "Surprise me" option, we create a song with creativity!

How to fill out the form?

Tell us the story as if you were talking to a friend: Who is this person? What is your relationship? What are your significant shared memories? What makes them special/unique? Is there a particular occasion? Any little nicknames, inside jokes, personality traits? No need to make perfect sentences, just be natural!

Can I choose the style of music?

Yes! You can choose the musical style (pop, rock, acoustic, R&B, rap, folk, etc.) and the mood (joyful, moving, romantic, comedic...). You can even give us examples of artists or songs that the recipient likes. If you prefer to let us choose, we will select the style that best fits your story.

Can I cancel my order?

You will receive your song in high-quality MP3 audio format + the PDF with the song lyrics via email.

Additionally, if you selected paid options, you will also receive these files available for download.

Can I request a specific phrase or message in the song?

Absolutely (for an additional fee)! If you have a specific phrase that you really want to hear (a declaration, a catchphrase between you, an important message), mention it and we will naturally incorporate it into the song.

How long will the song last?

The standard duration is 2 to 3 minutes (2 verses). You can choose to extend your song with 3 or 4 verses to tell even more anecdotes and memories (for an additional charge).

Will my order remain confidential?

Absolutely. Your information and the content of your song remain strictly confidential. We never share your data or your song with anyone without your explicit consent.

In what format will I receive the song?

You receive your song in studio-quality MP3 format, ready to be listened to on smartphone, computer, in the car, or any audio device. You also receive the lyrics in printable PDF format. With the Streaming Pack, your song is also available on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, etc.

Can I share/broadcast the song?

Yes, the song belongs to you 100%! You receive the full transfer of rights with your order. You can share it with whomever you want, play it at events, on social media, do whatever you wish with it. It's YOUR song.

What happens after placing an order?

Very simple! Reply to the delivery email by specifying exactly what you would like to change (lyrics, musical style, tone, tempo...). We will make the changes and send you the new version within 24-48 hours.

What should I do if I want to change something after receiving it?

Yes, 100%. All transactions are encrypted (SSL protocol) and comply with the PCI-DSS standard, the highest level of banking security.

We never have access to your card information; it only passes through our certified payment providers.
