The Singift mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Raw Agency SNC (“Singift,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications will constitute acceptance of those modifications.
By accepting Singift's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Singift, via your mobile carrier, to the phone number you have provided, even if your number is on a national or federal Do Not Call list.
Text messages can be sent using an automatic dialer or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., abandoned cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of purchase from Singift. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for using the Service, but you are responsible for all text messaging charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text message charges, including those charged by your carrier.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Singift or click the unsubscribe link (when available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you request them. If you are enrolled in other Singift mobile messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms and conditions.

We may change the short code or phone number used for the operation of the Service at any time, and we will notify you. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a short code or number that we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for processing requests sent to those numbers.
The mobile operators supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new number, you will need to re-register for the program with that new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay or incorrect transmission of any information transmitted via the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you may take or not take based on such information or the Service.
