Returns of physical products

If a physical product ordered on our site does not suit you, you have a period of 14 days from its receipt to return it to us. This policy applies in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:

The product must be intact, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Procedure:
Before any return, please contact our customer service at the following address: contact@mysingift.com. After validating your request, we will send you the instructions for making the return. Once the product is received and checked, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Digital and personalized products

In accordance with current practices, customized digital files (MP3, MP4, PDF, etc.) cannot be refunded once downloaded by the customer.

However, Singift offers limited free revisions in case of dissatisfaction, to ensure the best possible experience. These requests must be made through our contact form available on our website.

3. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective item or if there was an error with your order, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt.

Singift is then committed to resolving the issue by providing an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. exceptions

Custom and made-to-order creations (e.g., songs, digital files) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

We do everything possible to ensure our customers' satisfaction and the quality of our made-to-order creations.

Singift is a brand based in Switzerland, but we ship our products worldwide. Depending on your country of residence, your legal rights of withdrawal and refund may vary; we prioritize compliance with applicable consumer laws.
