Delivery of digital files

Digital products (MP3, MP4, PDF, etc.) purchased on our site are sent by email within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the offer selected at the time of order. Once the file is available, you will receive a secure download link at the email address provided.
If you have not received anything after this period, please contact us at contact@mysingift.com so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Our physical items are shipped both within the European Economic Area and internationally. The choice of carrier varies depending on the destination country to ensure reliable and traceable delivery.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is made, allowing you to track the progress of your package in real time.

As a general rule, orders are delivered within 5 to 15 business days from the shipping date (for physical products).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and the total weight of the package.

We will investigate with the carrier and propose an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund, as applicable).

right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your physical product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding digital products such as music, PDFs, etc... In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of personalized or custom-made digital content.
