The mobile messaging service Singift (the "Service") is operated by Raw Agency SNC ("Singift", "we" or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of these modifications will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
By accepting the SMS/text messaging service from Singift, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Singift and on its behalf, via your mobile carrier, to the phone number you provided, even if your number is listed on a national or federal do-not-call list ("Do Not Call").
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialer or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (for example, cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of purchase from Singift. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the use of the Service, but you are responsible for all fees associated with text messages imposed by your mobile carrier. The frequency of messages varies. Messaging and data transmission rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for more details. You are solely responsible for all fees related to SMS/text messages, including those charged by your carrier.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Singift or click the unsubscribe link (when available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message of unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you request them. If you are subscribed to other Singift mobile messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.

We may change at any time the short code or phone number used for the operation of the Service, and we will notify you. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a short code or number that we may have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for processing requests sent to those numbers.
The mobile carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new number, you will need to re-enroll in the program with that new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay, or misdelivery of any information transmitted via the Service, any errors in that information, and/or any action you may take or fail to take based on that information or the Service.
