Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns of physical products

If a physical product ordered from our website does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it. This policy is in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:

The product must be intact, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Procedure :
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service department at contact@mysingift.com . After your request has been validated, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days .

2. Digital and personalized products

In accordance with current practices, personalized digital files (MP3, MP4, PDF, etc.) cannot be refunded once downloaded by the customer.

However, Singift offers limited free alterations in case of dissatisfaction, to ensure the best possible experience. These requests must be made via our contact form available on our website.

3. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a faulty item or if an error has occurred in your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt .

Singift then undertakes to correct the problem by proceeding with an exchange or a full refund , including return shipping costs.

4. exceptions

Custom-made and personalized creations (e.g. songs, digital files) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of our custom creations.

Singift is a brand based in Switzerland, but we ship our products worldwide. Depending on your country of residence, your legal rights regarding returns and refunds may vary; we prioritize compliance with applicable consumer laws.
