1. Delivery of digital files

Digital products (MP3, MP4, PDF, etc.) purchased on our site are sent by email within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the offer selected during checkout. Once the file is available, you will receive a secure download link at the email address you provided.
If you have not received anything after this period, please contact us at contact@mysingift.com so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

2. shipping of physical products

Our physical items are shipped both within the European Economic Area and internationally. The choice of carrier varies depending on the destination country to guarantee reliable and traceable delivery.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to track its progress in real time.

Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 15 working days from the date of shipment (for physical products).
These delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery, the chosen carrier and the transport conditions.
In case of a significant delay, we will keep you informed by email.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process, based on the destination and the total weight of the package.
The exact amount is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

If your package is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mysingift.com .
We will investigate with the carrier and propose an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund, as appropriate).

Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply. These potential costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of each country.

7. right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your physical product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding digital products such as music, PDFs, etc... In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of personalized or custom-made digital content.
