1. Returns for Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased on our website, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

2. Digital and Personalized Products

Personalized digital products, including but not limited to MP3, MP4, PDF, and other downloadable files, are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or delivered to the customer.

However, Singift offers a limited number of free revisions in case you are not satisfied with your personalized creation. Revision requests must be submitted through the contact form available on our website.

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In such cases, Singift will correct the issue by offering either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

4. exceptions

Custom-made and personalized creations, including but not limited to songs and digital files, cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
