What video quality is expected?

No pressure on technical quality. A smartphone video, captured in the moment, is perfect. What we're looking for is authentic emotion.

What if the person isn't comfortable being filmed?

That's OK! You can also film just your hands opening the gift, the phone playing the song, or capture the reaction's sound without showing faces. Emotion comes through everywhere.

Can I send multiple videos?
